Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of respiratory function exercise combined with diet nursing intervention on respiratory symptoms and blood gas analysis in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with COPD admitted to Yujiang District People's Hospital of Yingtan City from January 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.Using the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 40 patients in each group.In the control group,patients were given routine nursing,and in the study group,patients were given respiratory function exercise combined with diet nursing intervention.The lung function[vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC value],quality of life(respiratory symptoms,activity ability,disease impact),dyspnea score,6 min walking distance,blood gas index[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)],respiratory symptoms(wheezing,wheezing,cough,shortness of breath)disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the study group increased after nursing(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of each dimension and total score of SGRQ in the two groups decreased after nursing,and compared with the control group,the scores of each dimension and total score of SGRQ in the study group were lower after nursing(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the dyspnea score of the study group was lower and the 6 min walking distance was longer(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the levels of PaO2 and SaO2 in the two groups increased after nursing,while the level of PaCO2 decreased.Compared with the control group,the levels of PaO2 and SaO2 in the study group were higher after nursing,while the level of PaCO2 was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory function exercise combined with diet nursing intervention can improve the lung function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,improve the level of blood gas analysis and respiratory symptoms,and promote the recovery of patients'physical function,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
