Research Progress of Non-coding RNAs Related to the Pathogenesis of Diabetic Retinopathy
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a progressive blinding disease caused by abnormal glucose metabolism.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)such as miRNA,lncRNA,and circRNA are closely related to the pathogenesis of DR,such as oxidative stress and vascular abnormalities,and can be used as DR-related markers and therapeutic targets.This article reviews the research progress of ncRNA expression disorders and DR,and proposes future prospects in this field.关键词
