基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗儿童原发免疫性血小板减少症的临床用药规律研究
Study on the Clinical Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia in Children Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the medication characteristics and prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)in children based on the previous literature research data,it provides a reference for the clinical treatment of ITP in children.Methods Through China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP),China Biomedical Database(SinoMed)and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,the clinical research literature related to the treatment of ITP children with traditional Chinese medicine published from 1992 to 2023 was selected,and the prescriptions and drugs in the literature were extracted to establish a database.At the same time,the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine,the frequency of nature and flavor,and the frequency of drug categories were counted.Then,the high-frequency drugs and drug pairs in the prescriptions were mined by using the methods of binomial and three-term association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results A total of 77 literatures were included,and 161 prescriptions and 175 traditional Chinese medicines were screened out.The most common syndromes were syndrome of failure of qi to keep blood,syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,syndrome of bleeding due to blood heat.A total of 30 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of≥18,including Dihuang,Xianhecao and Danggui,etc.;medication was mainly tonic,heat-clearing and hemostatic drugs;most of the traditional Chinese medicine was cold,warm and flat,and the taste was sweet and bitter,mainly into the liver,heart and spleen.Through the analysis of association rules,14 two-item associations and 29 three-item associations were obtained.Cluster analysis obtained 6 core drug combinations.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ITP in children mostly adopts the methods of tonifying qi and blood,nourishing yin and clearing heat,clearing heat and detoxifying,cooling blood and stopping bleeding,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.关键词
