近十年中医药治疗支气管扩张症的可视化图谱分析
Visualization Map Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Bronchiectasis in Recent Ten Years
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the current situation and trend of TCM treatment of bronchiectasis in clinical practice in China by CiteSpace6.1R6 software,grasp the research hotspots at the current stage,and provide research ideas for related work in the future.Methods The relevant literatures on the treatment of bronchiectasis with traditional Chinese medicine published in CNKI database in the past ten years(January 1,2014 to June 30,2024)were retrieved.CiteSpace6.1 R6 software was used to draw and analyze the visual maps of the number of literatures,authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 466 literatures were included.Through visual analysis,it was found that the number of literatures published from 2014 to 2022 was stable,and it showed an upward trend after 2022.The authors of the paper mainly formed a team represented by MIAO Qing,HUANG Haiyin,WU Dingzhong,LIU Xiaohong and so on.The publishing institutions were mainly TCM colleges and universities in Beijing,Jiangxi,Guangzhou,Henan and other regions,which were closely related to their affiliated hospitals,and only a small number of teams cooperated across regions.In addition to the subject word bronchiectasis,the keywords with higher frequency were traditional Chinese medicine therapy,famous doctor experience,hemoptysis,phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome,forming a total of 9 clustering modules.Conclusion This field is attracting attention and gradually becoming hot.The main research contents are syndrome differentiation and treatment,experience summary and traditional Chinese medicine compound.Immunity,insidious pathogen and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine will become the focus of future research.Finally,relevant suggestions are put forward according to the predicted trend and future hot spots,in order to play a certain reference role in the future research direction of this field.关键词
