宁夏地区血液病患者异常核型数据库的建立及应用
Establishment and Application of Abnormal Karyotype Database for Patients with Hematological Diseases in Ningxia
摘要
Abstract
The data of abnormal bone marrow chromosome karyotype results in our hospital were collected,and the clinical data and chromosome karyotype database were established based on Microsoft Access software,and the database data were preliminarily analyzed.A database of 132 cases of abnormal bone marrow chromosome karyotypes was successfully established on this software platform,and the common abnormal bone marrow chromosome karyotypes of different hematological diseases in our hospital in the past two years were summarized through this platform.The database can reasonably and effectively store and manage abnormal bone marrow karyotype data and provide a variety of data retrieval functions.Meanwhile,the database is not only convenient for the information management of medical records,but also conducive to professional and technical personnel and clinicians to better carry out clinical diagnosis and treatment,teaching and research work.关键词
