Abstract
There are many problems in the use of electronic health cards,such as imperfect infrastructure,the use of multiple media,single application channel,insufficient integration of medical scenes,and poor information exchange.Based on the current situation of hospital construction and application,this paper constructs a compatible platform with the main index system of electronic health card as a center.Through the main index and the national health information platform,the electronic health card card management platform and the medical insurance platform,three types of data interaction are carried out to realize the four scenes of outpatient scene,hospitalization scene,access control scene and special scene,and the whole process integration application.It provides standardized,orderly and convenient medical service,improves patient satisfaction and trust,and provides data support for the integration and sharing of data resources across departments,institutions and regions.关键词
