Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of painless delivery on the labor course and pregnancy outcome of full-term parturients.Methods From January 2021 to October 2023,60 full-term parturients received by the First People's Hospital of Linchuan District,Fuzhou City were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was given natural childbirth,and the study group was given painless childbirth.The labor course(first stage of labor,second stage of labor,third stage of labor,total labor time),pain,pregnancy outcome(neonatal asphyxia rate,cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the study group were shorter(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the proportion of severe pain,moderate pain and mild pain in the study group was lower,and the proportion of painless pain was higher(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia,cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion Painless delivery can shorten the labor course of full-term parturients,improve the pregnancy outcome of parturients,and reduce the pain of parturients during pregnancy.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
