Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in respiratory tract nursing of critically ill patients after tracheotomy in neurosurgery department.Methods From May 2017 to April 2023,60 critically ill patients after tracheotomy admitted to neurosurgery department of Jiangdu People's Hospital of Yangzhou City were selected as observation objects.The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine respiratory nursing,and the study group was combined with evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine respiratory care.The excellent and good rate of nursing,quality of life,complications(airway obstruction,subcutaneous emphysema,hemorrhage,pulmonary infection)and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 76.67%of the excellent and good rate of nursing in the control group,the excellent and good rate of nursing in the study group was higher,accounting for 93.33%(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of social ability,physical function and psychological function in the study group were higher(P＜0.05).Compared with 20.00%of the complication rate in the control group,the complication rate in the study group was lower,only 3.33%(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower after nursing(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the respiratory tract nursing of critically ill patients after tracheotomy in neurosurgery,evidence-based nursing can improve the effect of respiratory tract nursing,reduce the risk of complications,and help alleviate the negative emotions of patients and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
