Pathological Changes and Nerve Repair Strategies After Spinal Cord Injury
摘要
Abstract
Spinal cord injury is a common clinical traumatic disease of the central nervous system,usually caused by traumatic accidents,which can lead to severe motor,sensory and autonomic dysfunction.In addition,the economic burden and psychological pressure brought to the family after spinal cord injury can not be ignored,which seriously reduces people's quality of life and happiness.After spinal cord injury,the regulation of intracellular environment can cause inflammatory response,glial scar formation,etc.,which makes axonal regeneration,nerve repair and functional recovery difficult.This article summarizes the pathological process after spinal cord injury,analyzes the difficulties that hinder nerve repair and regeneration after injury,and explores the new possibilities of nerve regeneration after spinal cord injury,in order to provide a multi-mode reference direction for nerve repair after spinal cord injury and find a new treatment direction for patients.关键词
