摘要

Abstract

Covalent organic framework(COFs)has the advantages of high stability,easy modification and structural designability,and is regarded as a powerful choice for new stationary phase of high performance liquid chromatography.Although the application of COFs as chromatographic stationary phase is still in the initial stage,the development of new stationary phase materials to achieve efficient separation is still an important problem to be solved in the field of separation science.COFs silica gel composite material(COFs-SiO2)combines the adjustable pore of COFs with the strong mechanical stability and pressure resistance of SiO2,showing great potential in the field of chromatographic separation.In this paper,the advantages of COFs as stationary phase materials are summarized,and the design of COFs-SiO2 composites by different connection methods such as triazine ring,imine bond,hydrazone bond and boron bond and its application in the separation of chiral compounds,isomers and environmental pollutant are introduced in detail.The application prospect of COFs-SiO2 in high performance liquid chromatography was further prospected.
