血清Scr、hs-CRP、Gal-3与冠心病患者PCI术后不良预后的相关性分析
Correlation Analysis of Serum Scr,hs-CRP,Gal-3 with Adverse Prognosis After PCI in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between serum galectin-3(Gal-3),biochemical indicators,and adverse prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 400 CHD patients who received"coronary balloon angioplasty combined with stent implantation"between November 2021 and October 2023 at Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region National Hospital were analyzed.According to the prognosis,patients were divided into the good prognosis group,restenosis group,adverse cardiovascular events group,and combined group(simultaneous restenosis and adverse cardiovascular events).Preoperative serum Gal-3 and various clinical indicators were compared among the groups,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to determine their diagnostic value for adverse prognosis.Results Among the 400 patients,314 had a good prognosis,43 experienced post-percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in-stent restenosis,28 had adverse cardiovascular events,and 15 had both in-stent restenosis and adverse cardiovascular events.Comparative results showed that serum creatinine(Scr),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and Gal-3 levels in the restenosis group,adverse cardiovascular events group,and combined group were significantly higher than those in the good prognosis group(P＜0.05).Additionally,Scr,LDL-C,and Gal-3 levels in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the restenosis group and adverse cardiovascular events group(P＜0.05).ROC analysis indicated that the area under the curve(AUC)for predicting adverse prognosis after PCI was 0.769 for Scr,0.808 for hs-CRP,0.803 for LDL-C,and 0.871 for Gal-3.Conclusion Preoperative serum levels of Scr,hs-CRP,LDL-C,and Gal-3 in CHD patients can effectively predict the incidence of adverse prognosis after PCI.关键词
