摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value and advantages of artificial femoral head replacement during clinical surgical treatment of femoral neck fractures in elderly patients. Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to Yulin Honghui Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as research subjects.Based on the differences in surgical protocols, the patients were divided into a study group(n=41,artificial femoral head replacement)and a control group(n=41,total hip arthroplasty).Differences in clinical treatment outcomes, recovery status, pain levels, immune function, and adverse complications were analyzed. Results In terms of Harris hip scores, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups preoperatively(P>0.05).However,the study group's scores were higher than those of the control group at both 1 month and 3 months postoperatively, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Regarding clinical recovery, the study group had shorter operative times, less intraoperative blood loss, and lower postoperative drainage compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).For pain scores, there were no significant differences between the two groups at 6 hours postoperatively(P>0.05),but at 12 hours and 24 hours postoperatively, the study group's pain scores were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of artificial femoral head replacement during the clinical surgical treatment of elderly femoral neck fractures shows ideal value,as it can improve clinical treatment outcomes, promote recovery, enhance pain relief and immune function, and reduce adverse complications, indicating significant clinical application value.关键词
