血液透析结合血液灌流治疗尿毒症的效果及对血清炎症因子的影响分析
Effect of Hemodialysis Combined with Hemoperfusion on Uremia and Its Impact on Serum Inflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on uremia and its impact on serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 40 uremia patients treated at The First People's Hospital of Luoyang from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 20 patients in each group.The control group received hemodialysis treatment,while the observation group underwent hemoperfusion in addition to hemodialysis.The therapeutic effects and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The effective treatment rate in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(65.00%),with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion shows good therapeutic effects and can effectively control serum inflammatory factors.关键词
