Abstract
Objective To explore the value of cardiac rehabilitation therapy in patients with unstable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 120 cases of unstable angina(UA)pectoris due to coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.Based on the differences in intervention protocols,the patients were divided into a study group(n=60,cardiac rehabilitation therapy intervention)and a control group(n=60,routine intervention).Differences in quality of life,cardiac function indicators,inflammatory markers,psychological status,and readmission rates were analyzed.Results In terms of quality of life scores,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before the intervention(P＞0.05).However,after the intervention,the study group's scores were higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Regarding cardiac function indicators,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before the intervention(P＞0.05);however,after the intervention,the improvement in the study group's indicators was greater than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).For inflammatory markers,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before the intervention(P＞0.05);after the intervention,the levels of markers in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).In terms of psychological and emotional scores,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before the intervention(P＞0.05),but after the intervention,the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The readmission rate during the 30-day follow-up period was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of cardiac rehabilitation therapy in patients with unstable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease shows ideal value,as it can significantly improve patients'quality of life,promote improvement in cardiac function and inflammatory markers,reduce negative psychological states,and decrease readmission rates,indicating clinical application significance.关键词
