Abstract
Objective To explore the value of interventions based on timeliness incentive theory during clinical nursing for elderly patients with myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with myocardial infarction admitted to Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into the study group(n=30,nursing intervention based on timeliness incentive theory)and the control group(n=30,routine nursing intervention).Differences in clinical indicators(heart rate, mean arterial pressure, urine output),psychological status, quality of life, and self-care ability were analyzed. Results Regarding clinical indicators(heart rate, mean arterial pressure, urine output),there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).However,at discharge, the improvement in the study group was greater than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of psychological status scores, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),but at discharge, the study group had lower scores than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).For quality of life and self-care ability scores, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).However,at discharge and during follow-up,the study group's scores were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interventions based on timeliness incentive theory during the clinical nursing period for elderly patients with myocardial infarction is quite effective. It can significantly improve clinical indicators(heart rate, mean arterial pressure, urine output),psychological health, and quality of life, thereby enhancing self-care ability and holds clinical application significance.关键词
