Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of the retrospective outcome-specialized nursing model on complications in stroke patients. Methods Using a retrospective analysis method,86 stroke patients admitted to Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into groups according to different intervention methods, with 43 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing model, while the study group adopted the retrospective outcome-specialized nursing model. The Barthel Index for activities of daily living,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores,Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ(HPLP Ⅱ)scores,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)scores,and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before the intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in Barthel and NIHSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the study group had a higher Barthel score and a lower NIHSS score compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before the intervention, the HPLP Ⅱ and CD-RISC scores of the two groups showed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).After the intervention, the study group scored higher than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(4.65%)was lower than in the control group(18.60%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a retrospective outcome-specialized nursing model for stroke patients can effectively improve patients'self-care abilities, enhance their neurological function, cultivate healthy behaviors, relieve negative emotions, and reduce the risk of complications.关键词
