四川省甘孜州牦牛4种腹泻病原调查及病毒宏基因组学检测
Investigation on Four Diarrhea Pathogens in Yaks in Ganzi Prefecture of Sichuan Province and Metagenomics Testing of Viruses

Abstract
In order to investigate major pathogens causing diarrhea in calf yaks and composition of the viruses in Ganzi Prefecture,Sichuan Province,216 fecal samples were collected from calf yaks with diarrhea to detect bovine viral diarrhoeavirus(BVDV),bovine coronavirus(BCoV),Giardia and Cryptosporidium by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the viruses were sequenced using metagenomics technology.The results showed that the individual pathogen positive rate was 52.78%for all the samples,23.61%,6.02%,17.59%and 15.74%for BVDV,BCoV,Giardia and Cryptosporidium,respectively,the species of pathogens detected were subject to different districts/counties where the samples were collected;the mixed infection rate was 15.79%,including double and triple infection of 10.53%and 5.26%,respectively;and 15 kinds of viruses were detected,including BVDV,BCoV,bovine herpesvirus serotype 4(BHV-4),bovine kobuvirus(BKV),bovine rotavirus(BRV)and bovine astrovirus(BoAstV)that contributed to the diarrhea of yaks.In conclusion,the yak diarrhea in Ganzi Prefecture was mainly caused by BVDV,BCoV,Giardia and Cryptosporidium,where mixed infection was available.In addition,BHV-4,BRV,BoAstV and BKV were also prevalent in the yaks.Epidemiological investigation and appropriate prevention and control measures were recommended for yak diarrhea.关键词
