我国官方兽医队伍建设现状与思考OA

Official veterinarians are an important component of livestock and veterinary system in China.In order to further improve the team building of official veterinarians in China,legal framework,staffing and management requirements in the sector were summarized through documentary research and on-site visit.Relevant experience and practices were summed up,including strictly managing qualifications and certificates,improving the team quality,strengthening warning education and team management,and improving professional image of the whole team,along with shortcomings such as weakened human resources,insufficient financial support,outdated technical means and poor awareness of standardized performance,followed by recommendations including improving institutional construction,training effectiveness,technical support,construction of work style and professional support,with a view to providing a reference for improving the management of official veterinarians with efficiency in the new era.
