7种布鲁氏菌ELISA检测试剂盒的性能比较
Comparison of the Performance of 7 Kinds of ELISA Kits for Brucella

Abstract
In order to assess the performance of different ELISA kits for Brucella,60 sheep sera with known background were tested using 7 kinds of commercial ELISA kits(A-G)respectively,taking Rose Bengal plate agglutination test(RBT)and standard-tube agglutination test(SAT)as the references,and to compare their sensitivity,specificity,consistency,intra-batch reproducibility and other properties.The results showed that the sensitivity of all these kits were high,especially lowest in kit C(93.3%);the intra-batch specificity of 6 kits were 100%,except kit G that was 83.3%;the compliance(consistency)of the kits was high in general,but only kit G was 91.7%;and the coefficients of variation(CV)of all these kits were within 10%.In addition,imported kit A was the mostly costly(CNY 14.6/sample),and time-consuming(130 min),while domestic kit B was the most cost-effective(CNY 9.4/sample),and time-saving(45 min).In conclusion,all the 7 kits had good performance with high specificity,sensitivity and consistency,but were different in detection cost and time.Based on the study,the kits with good performance and high effectiveness were recommended to be used in practice.关键词
