Thoughts on Land Saving Standardization in Engineering Construction under"Dual Carbon"Goals

Abstract
The article analyzes the implementation effectiveness of the land use standard control system and the implementation effectiveness of standardization of land saving in engineering construction,analyzes the challenges and problems faced in the implementation of land saving standards,and clarifies the goal and significance of establishing a new system of land saving standards and implementing higher requirements for land saving.Taking Jiangxi province as an example,following the land saving requirements under the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,starting from the land use management and application needs of engineering construction projects,the article determines the objectives of land saving standardization for industrial,infrastructure,public facilities,public buildings,and residential buildings,and constructs a land saving standard system for engineering construction projects to standardize land use management for engineering construction projects,promote the overall improvement of the level of service for land use review.The system can support project land control,standardize project land use behavior,and improve project land use efficiency.It covers the business processes of land use planning,land use control,land use entry,and scale determination.It can strengthen project land use constraints,reduce land resource waste,and promote the reduction of carbon emissions.关键词
