Under the severe situation of global warming,the study of the carbon cycle has become the core focus in multiple disciplinary fields such as geological science and environmental science.As a crucial link in the material and energy cycle of the Earth system,the carbon cycle profoundly regulates the balance and stability of the Earth's ecosystem.The extensive application of new materials in the construction of Xiongan New Area is not only a key factor in improving the quality of urban construction but also has a close internal connection with the carbon cycle process.From the unique perspective of geological science,in-depth analysis of the application mechanism of the carbon cycle in new materials in Xiongan New Area is of vital theoretical and practical significance for promoting the green rise of Xiongan New Area and helping China achieve the"dual carbon"goals.
