Abstract
The high-quality natural quartz sand ore used for fracturing proppants is a non-traditional mineral resource.With the advancement of hydraulic fracturing technology,its application in energy development has increased,transitioning it from a non-ore to a recognized ore.This necessitates its classification as an independent mineral type,with standardized exploration criteria,industrial indicators,and performance specifications to ensure high-quality energy source materials.This study identifies sand bar deposits in Neogene or Paleogene lake delta fronts as favorable ore-forming locations and prospecting targets.By nonlinear exploration theories,this work provides a geological framework and practical case studies for discovering similar deposits.关键词
