Abstract
The large and medium-sized dolomite deposits discovered in Gansu province are mainly concentrated in the eastern and western regions,with good quality and mostly used in metallurgy,magnesium smelting,glass and building materials industries.The temporal distribution of dolomite is mainly dominated by the Jixian and Pre Great Wall periods,followed by the Great Wall period,cambrian period,and permian period;Spatially,it is mainly concentrated in tectonic units such as the north Qilian Arc basin system,the central Qilian magma Arc,the western margin of the Ordos rift zone,the north Qinling arc gully system,and the continental margin of the south Qinling rift.This article collects,studies,and analyzes the discovered dolomite deposits in the province.Based on summarizing their distribution characteristics and mineralization laws,three prospective mineralization areas are delineated,providing reference for future dolomite exploration and prospecting.关键词
