摘要
Abstract
The osteoblast/osteoclast axis is a key regulatory system in bone metabolism,in which osteoblasts and osteoclasts interact and regulate each other through multiple signaling pathways to maintain skeletal homeostasis.Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by absolute or relative insulin deficiency,leading to impaired osseointegration and reduced success rates of implant therapy.This paper reviews the biological role of the osteoblast/osteoclast axis and the impact of diabetes mellitus on its regulation.It also discusses potential strategies for modulating this axis to enhance osseointegration in diabetic patients and improve the clinical success of implant treatment.关键词
