摘要

Abstract

In order to extract cellulase and xylanase using Genghis Khania mushroom chaff,the extraction process was optimized with uniform design by selecting temperature 20~40℃,time 0.5~4.0 h and liquid-solid ratio 10∶1~50∶1 as the experimental factors,and cellulase and xylanase activities as the indicators.The results showed that the optimal extracting conditions were time 4.0 h,temperature 20℃and liquid-solid ratio 50∶1.
