Optimization of Crude Extraction Process of Cellulase and Xylanase from Hohenbuehelia serotine Residue
摘要
Abstract
In order to extract cellulase and xylanase using Genghis Khania mushroom chaff,the extraction process was optimized with uniform design by selecting temperature 20~40℃,time 0.5~4.0 h and liquid-solid ratio 10∶1~50∶1 as the experimental factors,and cellulase and xylanase activities as the indicators.The results showed that the optimal extracting conditions were time 4.0 h,temperature 20℃and liquid-solid ratio 50∶1.关键词
