Abstract
In recent years,the construction of intelligent mines has garnered widespread attention and experienced rapid development globally,replacing traditional mining methods with modern digital and intelligent technologies.As the largest open-pit copper mine in Asia,Dexing copper mine faces challenges in enhancing resource utilization and reducing fluctuations in ore supply grade.This paper proposes a precise ore blending method for mining sites based on DIMINE software,which leverages rock powder assay data from bore-hole databases to estimate ore pile grades and generate ore pile grade control models.The method performs automatic ore blending calcu-lations through an optimized mathematical model,integrating high-precision positioning of loading equipment and feedback data from the intelligent dispatch system to achieve a combination of automatic ore blending and manual dynamic adjustments.The application results demonstrate that this method significantly reduces fluctuations in ore supply grade,improves resource utilization and production efficiency,and minimizes ore wastage.This paper details the specific implementation methods and key technologies of precise ore blending at Dexing copper mine,highlighting the importance and application prospects of precise ore blending in intelligent mine construction.关键词
