基于CiteSpace基层医疗服务能力研究热点及趋势分析OA

Objective The objective of this paper is to explore the research hotspots and development trends of primary healthcare service capacity and conduct visualization analysis,so as to provide reference for sub-sequent researches on primary healthcare service capacity.Methods The CNKI database was searched for rele-vant literature on primary healthcare services,and CiteSpace 6.2 software was used to visualize and analyze the number of articles,authors,institutions,keywords and co-citation.Results The text analysis of 421 articles that met the search criteria revealed that the number of literature showed a steady growth pattern,and the keywords"service capacity","primary care institution"and"hierarchical diagnosis and treatment"were high-frequency keywords."Medical alliance/medical community"is the current hotspot of primary health care service research,and the literature is characterized by different stages.Conclusions The capacity researches on primary healthcare services in China increase rapidly,and the researches mainly focus on hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,medi-cal community model,and the use of digital information technology to solve the problems in allocation of medical resources to primary health institutions and in the sharing and synergy of medical resources.The capacity of prima-ry healthcare services mainly involves primary care and basic public health service,and the evaluation of capacity mainly revolves around the sense of getting medical treatment and the degree of satisfaction.
