西部地区医疗卫生资源空间集聚特征分析
Spatial agglomeration characteristics of medical and health resources m Western China based on entropy-weighted TOPSIS method and ArcGIS technology

Abstract
Objective To analyze the spatial agglomeration characteristics of medical and health re-sources in 12 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)in the western development project of China,and to provide reference for promoting the balanced and fair allocation of medical and health resources in the western re-gion.Methods The evaluation index system of medical and health resource agglomeration characteristics in Western China was constructed,the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method was used to determine the weight of each in-dex and to evaluate the level of medical and health resource agglomeration,and GIS technology was used to analyze the spatial differences in medical and health resources among different provinces(municipalities,autonomous re-gions)in Western China.Results The entropy weights of medical institution input,medical and health institu-tions and medical institution income ranked the top three,which were 16.442,14.611 and 14.483,respectively.They had a significant impact on the concentration of medical and health resources in Western China.In terms of the agglomeration level of comprehensive medical and health resources,the agglomeration level of Southwest China was higher than that of Northwest China(1 vs.0).Conclusions The agglomeration of medical and health re-sources in Western China shows a characteristic of polarization,and there are great regional disparities.关键词
