Optimization of multi-integration service of"medical care-rehabilitation nursing-elderly care-health management"for the elderly at home in communities
摘要
Abstract
The aging of the population is becoming more and more serious in China,and there are prob-lems such as the separation of medical care from elderly care service,which affect the promotion of healthy aging in China.This paper proposes to deliver the integrated services such as"medical care-rehabilitation nursing-elder-ly care-health management"to the elderly at home in communities.It introduces the service subject,service con-tent,service object and their mutual relationship in the service of"medical care-rehabilitation nursing-elderly care-health management",points out the problems of uncoordinated management system,ineffective information com-munication and uneven resource allocation,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of government planning,community coordination and family support,so as to provide reference for promoting the multi-integration service for the elderly at home in communities.关键词
