基于社会认知理论的0～3岁儿童家长中医药健康管理行为意愿及影响因素研究
Behavioral intentions and influencing factors for TCM health management in parents of children aged 0-3 years based on social cognitive theory

Abstract
J Objective To know about the behavioral willingness and influencing factors of parents of chil-dren(0～3 years)participating in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health management,and to provide em-pirical evidence for improving children's TCM health management.Methods A stratified cluster random sam-pling method was used to investigate the behavioral willingness of 898 guardians of children aged 0-3 years in Guilin City to manage their health with traditional Chinese medicine,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 28.0.Results There were significant differences in behavioral intention scores among parents with differ-ent genders,nationalities,occupations,education levels and places of residence(P＜0.05).The main influen-cing factors for behavioral intentions were gender,ethnicity,occupation,subjective norm,self-efficacy and out-come expectations(P＜0.05).The results of structural equation model showed that self-efficacy,outcome expec-tations and subjective norm had direct positive influence on behavioral intentions,while service environment had direct negative influence.Self-efficacy and outcome expectations played a chain mediating role among situation awareness,subjective norm,service environment and behavioral intentions.Conclusions Parents have strong willingness to participate in children's TCM health management,and in future it is necessary to focus on their self-efficacy and outcome expectations to improve the rate of children's TCM health management.关键词
