Abstract

To solve the problem of the poor effect of the existing straw square lattice sand barrier dispersing and conveying device with loose long grass as the raw material and uneven straw laying,combined with the characteristics of straw and multi-stage crank dispersing mechanism force,the structural parameters are specified,the factors affecting the performance of dispersing and laying for the crank radius,crank rotation speed and grass clearance are clarified,and the ranges of values are determined by using a single-factor test.Using the EDEM-RecurDyn coupling method,the response surface optimization test is carried out by exploring the changing rules of straw micro-motion and force with straw laying quality uniformity and sand barrier porosity as test indexes,and crank speed,crank radius and grass clearance as test factors.The results show that the optimal parameter combination is as follows:the crank speed of 200 r/min,crank radius of 44 mm,toggle clearance of 48.6 mm,strw quality uniformity of 88.8%,sand barrier porosity of 25%,field test straw quality uniformity average value of 86.96%,sand barrier porosity of 26.05%.The combination meets the requirements of the mechanized paving of grass square grid.
