农业生产托管契约履行的三方演化博弈分析
Tripartite evolutionary game analysis of the fulfillment of agricultural production trusteeship contracts

Abstract
Given the problems of unilateral or bilateral breach of contract between the trusteeship organization and the farmers existing in the process of agricultural production trusteeship at the present stage,based on the evolutionary game theory,the study constructed a tripartite evolutionary game model including the government,trusteeship organizations and farmers,and analyzed the conditions of strategy selection when the model reaches the equilibrium state.Furthermore,the numerical simulation was applied to explore the effect size and direction of related variables affecting the evolution trend of the dynamic system.The results show that:1)Both government subsidies and penalties are helpful to promoting the trusteeship organizations and the farmers strictly fulfilling the contract,and the subsidies have a more significant impact on the choice of trusteeship organization strategies than punishment;2)Increasing the net income of the trusteeship organization in strictly fulfilling contracts will promote them to choose the strategy strictly fulfilling contracts,in which the reputation gain and default gain under different threshold or size relationships affect strategy choices of trusteeship organization to evolve in different directions;3)Increasing the net income of farmers in strictly fulfilling contracts will promote them to choosing the strategy of strictly fulfilling contracts,in which the loss of grain production under different threshold when farmers default affects strategy choices of farmers to evolve in different directions.The research can provide a theoretical basis and practical insights for promoting the strict fulfillment of contracts for agricultural production trusteeships.关键词
