Abstract

Identifying"production-living-ecological"(PLE)space is critical for recognizing and classifying national territorial space.This study constructs an integrated PLE space recognition system to identify PLE space accurately and efficiently.The functional grid calculation method,analytic hierarchy process method,and multiple data fusion weighted calculation method are adopted.Taking Tianjin as the study object,this region's PLE space is identified and classified based on the point of interest data and land use data.The results demonstrated that:1)Within Tianjin,the area of production space is the largest,followed by the combined production-living space,and then the combined production-ecological space.The ecological space and combined living-ecological space occupy relatively smaller areas.2)In terms of the layout of the PLE function,the production function is particularly prominent in suburban areas but weaker in urban districts;The living function radiates outward from the central urban area,and the ecological function is most prominent in the northern mountainous regions of Tianjin,followed by suburban and urban areas.In summary,the PLE Space recognition system proposed in this study exhibits accuracy and reliability when applied to Tianjin,providing a basis for the rational layout of national territorial space in the city.
