A systematic interpretation of new quality agricultural productivity:Elemental composition,structural connection and functional orientation
摘要
Abstract
The systematic interpretation of new quality agricultural productivity is the basis for promoting high-quality agricultural development.Based on the literature research method and comparative analysis method,this study analyzes the structural connection and functional orientation of the new quality agricultural productivity system based on defining the composition of the elements of new quality agricultural productivity.The results show that:1)The system elements of new quality agricultural productivity are composed of new agricultural labor,new agricultural labor materials and new agricultural labor objects.The structure of the new quality agricultural productivity shows the law of evolution from a single stable structure to a multiple unstable structure and then to a multiple stable structure.The system of new quality agricultural productivity is characterized by complexity,dynamism,advancement.,relativity and diversity.2)The system function of the new quality agricultural productivity contains the value orientation of reshaping the modern agricultural industrial system,optimizing the modern agricultural production system,improving the modern agricultural management system and sounding the modern agricultural circulation system.3)Accelerating the development of new quality agricultural productivity under the perspective of systemic thinking should be explored in terms of practical paths of organizational leadership,factor cultivation,innovation support and policy guarantee.This study explores the"elemental composition,structural connection and functional orientation"of new quality agricultural productivity from the perspective of system theory,and provides scientific references for comprehensive understanding and the development of new quality agricultural productivity according to local conditions in practice.关键词
