Abstract
The personnel examination system is an important tool for selecting and evaluating talents in modern society.Standardizing personnel examinations and establishing examination standards are of great significance to improving the scientific and effective nature of personnel examinations and ensuring their fairness and impartiality.By systematically searching the publicly released personnel examination standards in China,the current situation and basic characteristics of construction of personnel examination standards are analyzed,and the content of personnel examination standards is examined.Analysis shows that there is an increasing emphasis and demand for examination standards in various regions.The concentration of the release time of examination standards and the wide coverage of provinces and cities indicate that personnel examination authorities,professional examination institutions,and professional technical service institutions in various regions urgently need to increase the scientific and standardized nature of examinations through examination standards.However,the personnel examination standards also show the characteristics of being scattered and not systematic in various regions.Starting with the common attribute of examinations,it is recommended to refer to the service industry standard system to further improve the existing personnel examination standards,promote the standardization of examinations from single-field examination services to multi-field,multi-type and cross-regional integration,and establish a personnel examination standard system.关键词
