Research on Influencing Mechanism of Green Responsible Leadership on Employees'Green Behavior

Abstract
Based on the social information processing and social cognition theories,a moderated chain mediation model is constructed by introducing organizational green atmosphere and green personal norms as mediating variables,and green human resource management practices as moderating variables.Through data analysis,the influencing mechanism and boundary conditions of green responsible leadership on employees'green behavior are explored.The analysis results show that green responsible leadership has a positive influence on employees'green behavior;organizational green atmosphere and green personal norms play a partial mediating role between green responsible leadership and employees'green behavior;organizational green atmosphere can stimulate employees'green personal norms,and the two play a chain mediating role between green responsible leadership and employees'green behavior;the practice of green human resource management positively regulates the relationship between each of green responsible leadership,organizational green atmosphere and green personal norms and employees'green behavior,and positively regulates the entire chain mediation mechanism.关键词
