Abstract
With the changing times,more and more post-00s have stepped onto the stage of employment.However,in practical work,employees born after 2000 have not shown good initiative.How to effectively manage and stimulate their initiative is not only a challenge faced by managers,but also an urgent problem that society needs to solve.As found in previous studies,the post-00s employee group has a strong sense of confidence and high achievement motivation.Starting from self-efficacy,this paper introduces achievement goals as a mediating variable and working environments as a moderating variable to explore the relationship between self-efficacy and proactive behavior of post-00s employees.Research has found that self-efficacy positively influences proactive behavior,and achievement goals mediate the positive relationship between self-efficacy and proactive behavior.At the same time,the working environments,as a health factor,negatively moderate the indirect effect of achievement goals on proactive behavior.关键词
