摘要

Abstract

In this paper,The coal based high flow impact copolymerized polypropylene was successfully developed on a domestic polypropylene production unit using Innovene gas-phase process.At the same time,the modification of organic phosphate nucleating agents for the developed polymer materials was studied.The results showed that CH-39,FT-21 and TMP-6 nucleating agents can effectively promote the crystallization process and improve the crystallization rate of the materials,The bending modulus of TMP-6 modified polypropylene is slightly lower than that of polypropylene modified by other three nucleating agents,and the coal based impact copolymerized polypropylene modified by CH-39 and FT-21 is basically the same in tensile properties,bending properties and impact strength,which provides a certain industrial ref-erence value for the development and performance optimization of new coal based polypropylene products.
