宿主蛋白HERC4影响口蹄疫病毒复制的作用研究
The influence of host protein HERC4 on the foot-and-mouth disease virus replication

Abstract
This study investigated the role of the host protein HERC4 in FMDV replication.A HERC4 knock-out cell line was first established in PK15 cells using CRISPR/Cas9 technology,and successful knock-out was confirmed by DNA sequencing and protein immunoblotting.HERC4 expression plasmids were transfected into BHK21 cells at varying doses to create HERC4 overexpressing cells.The impact of HERC4 protein on FMDV replication was assessed in HERC4 knock-out and overexpression cells using Western-blot,fluorescence quantification,and viral titer assays.The results demonstrated that HERC4 protein affects FMDV replication:its knock-out inhibits viral replication,while its overexpression promotes it.This study provides a foundation for future research on the mechanisms by which HERC4 protein regulates FMDV replication.关键词
