三穗鸭源禽致病性大肠杆菌与鸭疫里氏杆菌的分离与鉴定
Isolation and identification of avian pathogenic Escherichia coli and Riemerella anatipestifer from Sansui ducks

Abstract
Pathogens and their biological characteristics were investigated in diseased ducks from a duck farm in Sansui.Bacterial pathogens isolation and identification from pathological tissues was performed,and virulence gene detection,serotype identification,drug sensitivity testing and animal toxicity tests were conducted.The results of isolation,identification,and gene sequencing indicated that two pathogens were GZE6 and GZR6,and GZE6 was avian pathogenic Escherichia coli(APEC),carrying eight virulence genes such as yijP and irp2,which belongs to type O18 of APEC,and GZR6 was Riemerella anatipestifer(RA),carrying six virulence genes including camp and fur,which belongs to type 2 of RA.GZE6 and GZR6 exhibited resistance to aminoglycosides,macrolides and other antibiotics.Animal toxi-city tests indicated that ducklings intramuscular inoculated with GZE6 and GZR6 displayed clinical symptoms after 24 h,and all succumbed after 72 h.These findings elucidated that the diseased ducks from Sansui were affected by a mixed infection of APEC and RA,and both GZE6 and GZR6 exhibited certain levels of drug resistance and harbored multiple virulence genes and had strong pathogenicity,offering a reference for vaccine selection and antimicrobial control of pathogenic E.coli and R.anatipestifer in Sansui ducks.关键词
