Risk factors and mechanism of Brucella induced abortion
摘要
Abstract
Brucella has a pronounced orientation to the placenta and gestational uterus,and it has been found that this pathogen is able to replicate in trophoblast cells and decidual cells,induce apop-tosis by increasing endoplasmic reticulum stress,and trigger miscarriage.This article reviewed the risk factors of Brucella infection leading to abortion and the biological processes of Brucella in tro-phoblast cells,in hopes of providing a scientific theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment assessment of brucellosis and controlling the risk of spreading the disease.关键词
