枸杞多糖对镉致鸭大脑皮质氧化损伤的保护效应OA北大核心
Protective effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides on oxidative damage caused by cadmium in duck cerebral cortex
为探究枸杞多糖(LBP)在镉(Cd)致鸭大脑皮质氧化损伤中的保护作用,将32只7日龄的绍兴蛋鸭随机分为4组:对照组(Con)、枸杞多糖组(LBP)、镉组(Cd)、镉与枸杞多糖共处理组(Cd+LBP).适应性饲喂10 d,Con组鸭饲喂基础饲粮,Cd组在基础饲粮中添加50 mg/kg氯化镉,LBP组在基础饲粮中添加50 mg/kg枸杞多糖,LBP+Cd组在基础饲粮中添加50 mg/kg氯化镉和50 mg/kg枸杞多糖,试验期30 d.解剖采集鸭大脑皮质,比色法测定大脑皮质内总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC).结果显示,与Con组相比,Cd组鸭大脑皮质T-SOD活性、GSH含量和T-AOC显著降低(P<0.05),CAT活性和MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05);与Cd组相比,LBP+Cd组鸭大脑皮质T-SOD活性、GSH含量和T-AOC显著升高(P<0.05),CAT活性和MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05).表明枸杞多糖在镉致鸭大脑皮质氧化损伤中具有一定的保护作用.
In order to investigate the protective effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides(LBP)on cadmium(Cd)-induced oxidative damage of duck cerebral cortex,thirty-two 7-day-old Shaoxing laying ducks were randomly divided into four groups,the control group(Con),the LBP group,the cadmium group(Cd),and the co-treatment group of cadmium and LBP(Cd+LBP).Adaptive feeding for 10 days,the ducks in Con group was fed with basal diet.In Cd group,50 mg/kg cadmium chloride were added in the basal diet.In LBP group,50 mg/kg LBP were added in the basal diet.In LBP+Cd group,50 mg/kg cadmium chloride and 50 mg/kg LBP were added in the basal diet.The feeding period was 30 days.The T-AOC,T-SOD and CAT activi-ties,GSH and MDA contents in the duck cerebral cortex were determined.The results showed that compared with the Con group,T-SOD activity,GSH content and T-AOC were significantly reduced(P<0.05),CAT ac-tivity and MDA content were significantly increased(P<0.05)in the duck cerebral cortex of the Cd group.Compared with the Cd group,T-SOD activity,GSH content and T-AOC were increased significantly(P<0.05),CAT activity and MDA content were significantly decreased(P<0.05)in the duck cerebral cor-tex of the LBP+Cd group.The results indicated that LBP had a certain protective effect on Cd-induced oxidative damage of the duck cerebral cortex.
