摘要

Abstract

To establish a scientific and precise disinfection system for pseudorabies virus(PRV),this study collected 663 environmental samples from a large-scale pig farm that had been vacant for six months.The distribution of PRV nucleic acids within the farm was detected and analyzed using quantitative fluorescence PCR.The results showed that the PRV nucleic acid detection rates in the cleaning and disinfection center,pig house,and manure treatment area were 25.00%(10/40),42.11%(256/608),and 0(0/15),respectively.Among them,the highest PRV nucleic acid detection rate in the cleaning and disinfection center was in the deceleration strip,reaching 100%(10/10).In pig house samples,the detection rates of PRV nucleic acid in the gestation house,fattening house,farrowing house,and nursery house were 50.00%(76/152),46.05%(70/152),38.16%(58/152),and 34.21%(52/152),respectively.PRV nucleic acid detection was relatively high on feed barrels,feeders,baffle boards,upper surface of dung boards,lower surface of dung boards,and manure ditches in the pig houses.In conclusion,this study preliminarily clarified PRV nucleic acid residues in a pig farm that had been vacant for six months and identified blind spots and overlooked areas in routine disinfection practices.These findings provide data support for developing a more precise and effective disinfection system for pig farms.
