摘要
Abstract
Blood pressure variability(BPV)is a continuous variability that quantifies the fluctuation in individual blood pressure measurements over a defined period,reflecting dynamic changes in blood pressure.BPV has also been shown to correlate with cardiovascular diseases and postoperative outcomes.In recent years,increasing attention has been paid to the role of BPV during the perioperative period of cardiac surgery.This reviews discusses the fundamental concepts of BPV,its commonly used metrics,and the current application of BPV in cardiac surgery,particularly its relationship with adverse postoperative outcomes.Additionally,the review examines the effects of various perioperative blood pressure management strategies on BPV regulation and provides an outlook on future research directions.The goal is to offer insights for optimizing perioperative management in cardiac surgery and improve patient outcomes.关键词
