不同设计离焦镜片对儿童青少年近视控制的临床疗效分析
Clinical efficacy analysis of different designs of defocus lenses for myopia control in children and adolescents

Abstract
Objective To assess the clinical effectiveness of various defocus lens designs in managing myopia among children and adolescents.Methods This retrospective real-world study evaluated 150 myopic children 300 eyes treated with different defocus lenses at Beijing Children's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024.Participants were divided into five groups based on lens design:Group A(HALT),Group B(CARE),Group C(DIMS),Group D(0.05 DIMS),and Group E(single-vision lenses,control group),with 30 children 60 eyes in each group.The study monitored the myopia control effects over six months.Changes in refractive power were measured using objective refraction with cycloplegia,and differences in axial growth were assessed using biometric instruments.Results After six months,changes in axial length for all defocus lens designs were less than 0.20mm.Comparisons between groups revealed significant differences in axial length changes(P<0.05).Group B experienced the largest change(0.151±0.060 mm),while Group D had the smallest(0.079±0.057 mm).Regarding refractive error,more than 50%of the children in Groups A,B,C,and D showed no change,with Group D achieving the highest proportion of zero growth at 83.33%(25 children).Age analysis indicated sig-nificant differences in axial length changes across all age groups compared to Group E after six months of wearing different defocus lenses(P<0.05).Notably,children aged 9 and above showed the least change in Group A(0.052±0.021mm),whereas those under 9 exhibited the smallest change in Group D(0.082±0.030mm).Conclusion All four types of defocus lenses effectively controlled myopia progression over six months.HALT lenses are recommended for children over 9 years old,while 0.05 DIMS lenses are more effective for those under 9.关键词
