改良型后巩膜加固术对病理性近视患者眼部生物学参数的影响
The effect of modified posterior scleral reinforcement on biological parameters of pathological myopia patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of modified posterior scleral reinforcement on the ocular biological parameters of patients with Pathological Myopia.Methods Retrospective analysis.Totally 58 patients who diagnosed with pathological myopia and received modified posterior scleral reinforcement.The growth of best corrected vision acuity(BC-VA),spherical equivalent degree(SE),axial length(AL),corneal radius of curvature(CRC)and axial length/cor-neal radius of curvature ratio(AL/CRC)were compared 1 year before surgery and 1 year after surgery.The intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed and paired.Results There was statistical significance in BCVA(LogMAR)growth(t=6.76,P＜0.05).There was statistical significance in SE growth(t=6.78,P＜0.01).The preoperative SE growth was greater than-1.00D/year,and less than-0.50D/year after surgery.The growth of AL was statistically signifi-cant(t=7.72,P＜0.01),the growth of AL was greater than 0.5mm/year before surgery,and less than 0.5mm/year after surgery.There was no significant difference in CRC growth(t=-1.00,P＞0.05).The growth of AL/CRC was statisti-cally significant(t=2.52,P＜0.05),the growth of AL/CRC was greater than 0.1 mm/year before surgery,and less than 0.1 mm/year after surgery.There were 2 patients who found intraocular pressure increased after operation,and were no found other serious complications such as transplant rejection.Conclusions Modified posterior scleral reinforcement was safe and reliable in the treatment of pathological myopia.It could effectively slow down the growth of AL and SE,stabilize or improve BCVA,and has no effect on CRC.AL/CRC was a reliable indicator for assessing the progression of pathological myopia.关键词
