Timing of corneal refractive surgery after strabismus surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the operation timing of corneal refractive surgery after strabismus surgery by comparing the changes of visual acuity,diopter and corneal topography before and after strabismus surgery.Methods Pro-spective cohort study.27 cases of strabismus patients who planned to undergo corneal refractive surgery were exam-ined.Visual acuity,refraction and corneal topography were examined and statistically analyzed before strabismus surgery and 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after surgery.Results The uncorrected visual acuity and corrected visual acuity of the 27 cases before and 1 week after operation were significantly different,P＜0.05.There was also a significant difference in refraction between preoperative and postoperative 1 week,P＜0.05.There were statistically significant differences in corneal curvature before surgery,1 week and 1 month after surgery,but not at 3 months after surgery,P＞0.05.There were significant differences in astigmatism before and after strabismus surgery at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after sur-gery,P＜0.05.There was no significant difference in the axial of astigmatism before and after surgery,P＞0.05.Conclusion For myopic patients with strabismus who are planning to undergo corneal refractive surgery,it is recom-mended to perform corneal refractive surgery at least 3 months after strabismus surgery.关键词
