摘要
Abstract
Microtropia is a distinctive binocular visual disorder characterized by subtle symptoms, diagnostic diffi-culties,and complex underlying mechanisms, which make early detection and effective treatment challenging. Its etiology includes congenital factors, visual developmental abnormalities, and defects in neural regulation. The primary pathological mechanisms involve abnormal binocular fusion, deficits in stereoscopic vision, and adaptive remodeling of the visual cor-tex.In recent years, advancements in diagnostic technologies, such as high-resolution eye tracking, binocular vision tes-ting,and neuroimaging, have significantly improved the accuracy of microtropia diagnosis.Traditional treatments,inclu-ding prism therapy, visual training, and surgical intervention, are effective but have certain limitations.Simultaneously, artificial intelligence and machine learning provide optimization opportunities for personalized diagnostic and treatment strat-egies,while virtual reality and augmented reality technologies offer immersive environments to enhance binocular coordina-tion.The combination of neural stimulation techniques and precision medicine, integrating visual data, neuroimaging, and genetic information, holds considerable promise for personalized interventions.Future research should focus on elucidating the molecular and neural mechanisms of microtropia to identify novel therapeutic targets.AI-driven personalized treatment plans are expected to further enhance therapeutic efficacy.By combining neuroplasticity theory with advanced technologies, future research and clinical practice will aim to optimize the diagnosis and treatment of microtropia, ultimately improving patients'visual function and quality of life.关键词
