Establishment and application of a generalized digital model for cigarette airflow characteristics
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to master the internal law of cigarette airflow characteristics and improve the digitization level of cigarette quality design and maintenance.[Methods]By analyzing the serial attributes of the multiple fixed beds in the physical structure of cigarettes,the digital models of airflow characteristics in different types of fixed beds and their main application scenarios were discussed.[Results]1)Cigarettes are a combination of closed beds,direct leakage beds,and seepage beds,with"flow resistance"acting as the intermediary parameter establishing the correlation between ventilation flow and flow along the path;2)Flow ratio(m)is the direct parameter affecting the distribution of cigarette airflow and indirectly influences the distribution of pressure drop along the path.It is the core of the seepage bed flow index(e-m,denoted as"Ψ");3)The seepage bed(bare tobacco area)is the key to the digital characterization of cigarette airflow characteristics(along-path airflow,seepage flow,along-path pressure drop,section pressure difference),featuring an evolutionary pattern of second-order recursion along the path(Fibonacci sequence).The distribution of airflow characteristics is related to the golden ratio(≈ 0.618,marked"Ф");4)Based on the construction of the direct leakage bed flow ratio(m)and seepage bed flow index(Ψ),a generalized digital characterization model for cigarette airflow characteristics supported by 17 condition parameters was established.[Conclusion]This model enables systematic analysis,quantitative prediction,and real-time presentation of cigarette airflow characteristics based on a computer processing system in application scenarios such as design changes,quality maintenance,and market evaluation.关键词
