柔性断丝技术在卷烟生产分组加工中的研究与应用
Research and application of flexible cutting technology in grouping processing of cigarette production

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to explore the influence of structural distribution changes in cut tobacco during group processing on rolling suitability.[Methods]A thin-plate tobacco drying method was used in Module A of the grouped processing,and an airflow drying method was applied in Module B.The flexible cut tobacco technology was utilized for group M0(no cutting in both A and B modules),M1(cutting in A,no cutting in B),M2(no cutting in A,cutting in B),and M3(cutting in both A and B),to optimize the structure of cut tobacco and analyze the impact of structural changes on the physical indicators of cigarettes and the rolling process.[Results]In the four test modes,the comprehensive stability coefficient of each process of Diamond(L)tobacco production was controlled above 97%,indicating good inter-batch stability.The results show that:(1)The structural uniformity coefficient of cut tobacco at the outlet of the tobacco storage cabinet,the tobacco collection box,and the conveyor process in the M2 group was higher than that of the other three groups,with a more concentrated tobacco size distribution.From the tobacco collection box to the cigarette rod guide,the long-cut tobacco in the M2 group had the highest conversion rate to medium-short cut tobacco and the lowest conversion rate to shredded tobacco,resulting in minimal tobacco breakage.(2)In the process of making cigarettes,the density consistency coefficient h of the cigarettes in the M2 group was lesser than other groups,indicating better density consistency.The waste rate of tobacco loss at cigarette ends,the lack of filter,the underweight,and overweight cigarettes were all significantly improved.(3)The weight deviation,resistance deviation,and density consistency coefficient of the cigarette in M3 group were smaller,meaning that the stability of the three indexes was better than that in the M0 group.[Conclusion]The flexible cutting of tobacco solely in Module B is most beneficial for improving the structural distribution of cut tobacco and enhancing the rolling quality.关键词
